The heart is made out of enamel. The one in the picture is pink however, I can do any color. I do recommend staying with a light color so you can see the lettering. It is set in a sterling silver handmade setting with faceted Black Spinel for a necklace. It comes with a 16 inch or 18 inch sterling silver chain. Please specify with your order.
