Free Ground Advantage shipping within the US. It is recommended to upgrade to Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground on orders over $150.00. There is the option to choose at checkout. Orders get shipped 2-4 days of being placed unless the listing indicates otherwise. If I’m out of town when the order is placed you will be notified. Once the order is shipped you will get an e-mail with a tracking #.
