*Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry contact me through email immediately so we can exchange it or issue a store credit. I must be notified within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. Once the jewelry arrives back to me in the same condition it left my hands, I will credit you the purchase price minus shipping. Store credits have an expiration date of one year.
I don’t accept exchanges based on wrong size. Please know your size prior to ordering. Different ring band widths will affect the size of ring you wear. Please have your finger sized with the appropriate width ring before you purchase if you aren’t certain of your size.
I don’t accept exchanges on custom made jewelry.
Read ring and bracelet listings thoroughly. The sizes are included in the listings.
*Custom Work
All custom work sales are final. A non refundable deposit of 1/2 is due prior to starting all custom projects. The balance is due at completion and prior to shipment. If the balance isn’t paid within 1 week of the completion, the piece will be available for the public to purchase.
